What It Does
The 25Live® event scheduling and publishing system enables authorized users to search for and request or book times, venues, and resources for events. The system manages the scheduling of all events and allows you to post any group of classes or events to customized web calendars and other displays – such as electronic bulletin boards – campus wide. The 25Live publisher automatically updates the appropriate calendars as events or classes are added. Built using the latest Web 2.0 technologies, 25Live uses data stored in your R25® database.
With 25Live you can:
- View availability of locations and resources
- Perform custom searches for events, locations, and resources
- See event, location, and resource details, including maps, photos, and diagrams
- Schedule or request single or multi-date events
- Specify audio/visual equipment, catering and other resources needed for events
- Permit/restrict event, space, and resource viewing, scheduling and editing rights for specific user groups
- Publish events to web calendars throughout your campus
- Assign and/or respond to event related tasks
- Generate, email, and print confirmation reports
- Subscribe to RSS and iCal event feeds
- Track event attendees and cap enrollment
- NEW! Manage event registration, ticketing and payment processing
