    Series25 Software Users

Whether you're new to using Series25 products or are experienced, our 50+ conference sessions offer a wealth of information. With four job-specific tracks spanning five available classrooms, you're guaranteed to leave with new tools and ideas relevant to your position. The tracks cater to event schedulers, academic schedulers, functional administrators, and technical administrators. Listen to how your peers have used Series25 products in a school case study, watch a showcase of new products and features, and learn in-depth product information in a "How To" instructional session. On Wednesday, put your new knowledge into action by meeting with a CollegeNET representative in a 1:1 session (signup sheets available beginning Monday morning) or visit our new hands on computer lab. CollegeNET trainers, support representatives, and implementation managers will be on hand.

Are you a Series25 user interested in attending the conference but not sure how to request approval? Our sample request letter may help. Log on to the FAQiki and download "User Conference: Template Letter." For log-on help, email support@collegenet.com, or call 503.973.5250.

    Internet Services Users

There are two tracks daily for our Internet Services users. They include workshops for beginners, advanced users, graduate users, and undergraduate users on topics such as creating and implementing communication plans, building and tracking admissions workflow, and analyzing geodemographic data of prospects and applications. There will also be SIS specific sessions where customers can discuss CollegeNET tools and features working in tandem with a school's specific SIS. Some workshops will be of interest to all audiences, such as the "What's New at CollegeNET" workshop. Each workshop is designed to help you get the most from CollegeNET's features and services and to assist you in accomplishing your admissions and other service area goals. Our popular roundtable discussions, and time to meet individually with your account manager to discuss topics specific to your school, will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon respectively. Sign up sheets for these one-on-one sessions will be available on Monday morning.
